Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Customer: The natural or legal person who makes use of the services of the 3D print shop.
Service Provider: The 3D print shop offering 3D printing services, ready-made products, and design services.
Agreement: The agreement between the customer and the service provider regarding the services or products provided.
Product: Any object printed or designed by the service provider, whether custom-made or not.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, services, and products offered by the 3D print shop. By using our services, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Services
Custom 3D Printing Service:
The customer may submit their own design for 3D printing. The service provider may adjust the design if necessary for the printing process. Costs will be communicated in advance.
Design Service:
If the customer does not have their own design, the service provider can create a design based on the customer’s specifications. Any changes during the design process may incur additional costs.
Ready-Made Prints:
The customer may purchase ready-made products from the service provider’s existing assortment.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the assignment.
Article 4 – Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made as indicated on the invoice or during the checkout process in the webshop. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
The service provider reserves the right to commence work only after full payment has been received.
For custom work, any changes or additional costs will be clearly communicated and charged only after approval by the customer.
Article 5 – Liability
The service provider is not liable for any damage to products resulting from incorrectly supplied designs by the customer.
The service provider is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product by the customer.
For defects in products, the customer must contact the service provider in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is expressly excluded.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property
The customer guarantees that the designs they submit do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. The customer indemnifies the service provider against any claims from third parties related to this.
For designs created by the service provider, all intellectual property rights remain with the service provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 7 – Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
For custom-made products, the customer has no right to cancel or withdraw the order after confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
For non-custom products, a withdrawal period of 14 days applies. The customer may return the product within this period, provided it is unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Article 8 – Warranty
The service provider guarantees that the products and services comply with the agreement and with reasonable standards of quality and usability.
The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by improper use, or by modifications made by the customer or third parties.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, the service provider has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.
Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond the service provider’s control that temporarily or permanently prevents the fulfillment of the agreement.
Article 10 – Applicable Law
All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the service provider is established.
Article 11 – Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The service provider reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms will apply to new orders and agreements.
