At 3D-Unlimited.nl, we strive to deliver the highest quality custom 3D prints that fully meet the expectations of our customers. Because all our products are made to order based on specific designs and requests, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. Below we explain this policy in more detail.
1. Custom-Made Products and Exemption from the Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch law, consumers generally have a 14-day reflection period (right of withdrawal) when purchasing products online. However, this right does not apply to products that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
Since all products ordered through 3D-Unlimited.nl are produced based on designs or specific requirements provided by the customer, these products cannot be returned. Once the production of an order has started, cancellation or return is no longer possible.
2. Quality and Customer Satisfaction
Although returns are not possible, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do everything we can to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
If something is wrong with your order — such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping — please contact us as soon as possible at info@3D-Unlimited.nl.

4. Exceptions
There may be exceptional circumstances in which we consider resolving an issue differently. However, for all personalized and custom-made products, the above return policy generally applies without exception.
5. Customer Responsibility
Because we work exclusively with custom 3D prints, it is essential that the customer provides accurate and complete design files and specifications. Any errors or inaccuracies in the files or designs submitted by the customer are outside our responsibility.
